Shipping & Returns
Your merchandise order will ship within 3-5 business days from our distribution center in Milwaukee, WI. Priority delivery is an additional 1-3 business days in transit from the ship date. All shipments will be shipped via USPS. All orders placed after 12 p.m. CT will be processed the following business day. Saturday and Sunday are not recognized as business days. The Bucks Pro Shop is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items. Please understand, we cannot refund items that have a tracking number and show as delivered, nor can we refund anything that is lost by USPS.
International Shipping Policy
We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers. Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "Are you outside the US?" button. You will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment. If duties and taxes are not charged during the checkout process, you will need to pay them upon delivery. Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
We do not ship orders to freight forwarding addresses. For international orders, please choose the “Are you outside the US?” button.
Promotional codes are not valid on international orders.
- Online orders can only be returned by mailing the item to Bucks Pro Shop, Attn: Returns, 1615 N Vel R. Phillips Ave. Milwaukee, WI 53212 . Returns in person are not accepted at this location.
- Items purchased at the Fiserv Forum and official Bucks Pro Shop locations can only be returned to the original store where the items were purchased.
- No exchanges. Sizes and quantities are limited, please return your item and place a new order.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days from order ship date.
We have a 30 day return policy and our goal is to make your return simple and easy. Simply return the form included with your package along with any item from your order in original condition (with tags attached) for a refund, original condition determined by Bucks Pro Shop. A prepaid shipping label can be sent to you by contacting customer service. $8.00 will be deducted from your return if a prepaid label is used.
The method of shipping the item(s) back to us is your choice; we recommend you receive a tracking number when returning your package to ensure proof of delivery. It will take 2-10 business days from the date received for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Bucks Pro Shop is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment.
Please send returns to: Bucks Pro Shop, ATTN: Returns, 1615 N Vel R. Phillips Ave. Milwaukee, WI 53212. Returns in person are not accepted at this location. Customized and collectible items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- If you are returning manufacturer defective merchandise, we will pay the cost of return shipping only if you use the postage prepaid return label. Please contact our customer service team to arrange for the return.
- All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection and we will not accept worn/damaged merchandise for a refund. If we determine at our sole discretion that the merchandise returned is not eligible for refund, customer will be notified and must supply the Bucks Pro Shop with a prepaid shipping label or can also purchase a prepaid label for $8.00 in order to receive their items back.
- The original shipping cost will not be refunded upon returning your item.
- If items are returned by USPS because of an incorrect address, the original purchaser will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost to resend the order. If we receive no response from the customer after 30 days, the order will be refunded minus the shipping expense.
- NOTE: CDs, DVDs or other electronic media may only be returned if in the original unopened package. Undergarments are non-returnable.
- Due to the collectible nature and high value of Customized Jerseys, Memorabilia and Auction categories, these items are non-returnable. All sales are final.
- Purchases made at the Bucks Pro Shop at Fiserv Forum need to be returned to the arena store.
- NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS FROM ORDER SHIP DATE.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for production and shipping of Customized Game Jerseys. This includes time to process, customize and ship your officially licensed customized jersey.
- Shipping costs will be reflected on checkout page.
- Your credit card will be charged the full amount at time of purchase.
- Please review the Size Chart to ensure a proper fit.
- All sales are final for Customized Jerseys. No returns will be accepted.
